Make “Is there a table open?” a button

Customers check availability and join a queue from their phones. Staff seats the next party with one tap. Works for pool, bowling, air hockey, courts, bays, lanes — anything that has limited “stations”.

2. Optionally adds opentables.json in website root (for auto-discovery).
3. Adds our FE origin(s) to their CORS allow list if embedding live widgets.
